DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS, we will resume workshops some time in 2021.

Personal Legacy Workshops are held at the PETER WHITE LIBRARY on the 2nd MONDAY of each month from 6-8 pm in the Dandelion Cottage Room.

Purpose: Create a story or communicate an explanation about some aspect of your life with the help of a professional writer.

Format: Your project can take the form of a letter, narrative, historical timeline, ancestral review, or journal entry.

Content: Your work can be about you, a relative or friend, an occurrence in your life, a piece of history that intersects with your life, or an unresolved issue you want to unpack and heal.

Motivation: Your motivation can be as a family historian, a loving friend or relative, or a personal gift to yourself.

Result: You’ve taken a step to preserve a memory, piece of history, or relationship by addressing a lingering, meaningful subject.
